What You Can Exchange or Return
Each kit+lili item is unique. All kit+lili fabrics and clothing are handprinted.
Any variations in the design are intrinsic to the hand silkscreened process.
kit+lili unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.
If you’re unsatisfied with your order you may return it. We will gladly replace or refund any item that you’re not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags, unworn and unused. If received otherwise, items will not be accepted for replacement, exchange or refund.
Did you change your mind?
If you simply wish to exchange, replace, or return an item for any reason (see limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge. In case of exchanges, additional charges may apply depending on item.
Example:
- You decide you don’t like the style, print, or color.
- You decide you just don’t want the item for whatever reason.
What to do:
- Contact us at sales@kitlili.com indicating your Order Number and reason for return. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Place the items you wish to return in a suitable box or envelope. You must include a copy of the original invoice.
- If applicable, indicate the style, color, print, and size of your desired replacement item(s).
You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you use priority mail or a carrier that provides tracking. kit+lili is not responsible for lost shipments.
If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge shipping.
Example:
- Item shipped does not match the style, size, print, or color you ordered.
- Item shipped is defective in workmanship.

If you request a replacement:
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item, and ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.
If you request a refund:
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks).
